2003-2004 Term

President: Elliot Poindexter, '04

Elliot Poindexter served as the Judicial Council President from April 10, 2003 to March 29, 2004. As President he presided over Parliamentarian James Terilli. While a Notre Dame undergraduate, Elliot studied in the Mendoza College of Business.

Before assuming his role as Judicial Council President, Elliot served as the Chairman of the Oversight Committee and the senate liaison to the Judicial Council. He also served as a member of the 2003-2004 Carrol Hall staff. On April 10, 2003, Elliot was nominated to serve as Judicial Council President by Danielle Ledesma and was confirmed by the Senate the same day.

As president, Elliot led the Judicial Council throughout a restructuring of the Student Union, in which the Council of Representatives was formed.

On March 29, 2004, Elliot successfully nominated Brin Anderson as his successor.

Parliamentarian: James Terelli, '06

On April 2, 2003, Danielle Ledesma successfully nominated James Terelli to serve as Parliamentarian. Then a first-year at Notre Dame, James had served two years as parliamentarian for his high school student council. While a Notre Dame undergraduate, James studied in the Mendoza College of Business.
